Easy Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy for most items.

If you'd like to return a product within 30 days of receipt, email us at info@intocooking.ca with your order number for return instructions.

Key Points:

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • Condition: Items must be in "Like New" condition with all original packaging and accessories. Products showing wear or use will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refund Process: Once the returned items are inspected at our warehouse, we'll notify you and process your refund.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, take photos immediately and email info@intocooking.ca on the day of delivery. We'll handle return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.

Cancellations

  • Cancel before shipment for a full refund.

  • Orders canceled after shipment will follow the return policy and be subject to return shipping costs.
