Condition: Items must be in "Like New" condition with all original packaging and accessories. Products showing wear or use will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, take photos immediately and email info@intocooking.ca on the day of delivery. We'll handle return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise.
Cancellations
Cancel before shipment for a full refund.
Orders canceled after shipment will follow the return policy and be subject to return shipping costs.
